We’ve created three 10-minute audio sessions to help your children feeling happier, safe and empowered.

  1. Overcoming the Jitters

Find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed, to tap on feelings of nervousness. Perfect for those jitters when thinking about school tests, sports matches, reading aloud in class, or anything else which brings butterflies to little tummies.

2. Feeling The Big Feels

Sometimes a little rage monster wants to come and visit, which can feel really overwhelming. Take ten minutes to tap on the anger, and feel ready to say goodbye to fury, and hello to calm.

3. Facing our Fear

This Marlo Moment is all about helping with those times fears and worries rear their heads. Tapping helps to release those feeling of fears, empowering children to embrace courage and a strong sense of safety.
