Happy Marlo focuses on three gentle, yet powerful, science-backed techniques.

A range of guided meditations, stories and breathwork exercises designed to bring children into the present moment, without judgement. These sessions will help children to develop skills which build awareness of their inner and outer world experiences.

Emotional Freedom Technique (aka Tapping) uses the energy meridians across the upper half of our bodies, combined with breathing and affirmations. Research shows that EFT is effective in calming the nervous system, and provides children with a powerful tool to soothe themselves, release negative emotions, manage and change moods.

● Listen ●

A sound bath is when one is immersed in beautiful sounds that are healing to the mind, body and spirit. Sound healing supports children when they are having difficulty focusing or resting. Perfect for decompressing after a day at school, or when getting ready to sleep at night.
