Listen Section 1
Sound is everywhere, all the time. It sets the tone for our mood each day, much like a backing track to a film. This is because everything has a vibrational frequency, including us!
Listen Section 2
When we experience sound healing, these tonal frequencies work to re-balance our bodies and minds. And the best bit? All we have to do is relax and listen.
Listen Section 3
Sound healing is so powerful, we challenge you not to have the best night’s sleep after bathing regularly in these beauties.
Tap Section 1
Sometimes known as ‘acupuncture without the needles’ tapping is a self-healing technique which combines ancient Chinese with cutting-edge neuroscience.
Tap Section 2
By gently tapping on our body’s acupressure (meridian) points on the top half of our bodies, whilst repeating a mindful statement, or speaking out loud about how we’re feelings, we’re able to calm down the stress-centre (the amygdala) in our brains.
Tap Section 3
We’re helping to rewrite our relationship with negative feelings or memories, which is incredibly exciting because it means that tapping is a fantastic and safe technique for children to become and feel their best selves.
Breathe Section 1
Intuitively, we know that our breathing pattern impacts how we feel. Think of all the times you’ve been told (or have told someone else!) to take a deep breath if feeling stressed or scared.
Breathe Section 2
Science can back-up this gut-feeling. Deep belly breathing sends calming signals to our brain, while short chest breathing activates our ‘fight or flight’ response.
Breathe Section 3
Helping our children to understand ‘conscious breathing’ gifts them with a life-long tool for managing stress.
Breathe Section 4
Breathwork helps kids to realise that they can change how they feel by changing how they breathe. Imagine how unstoppable this makes a person!
Breathe Section 5
Every breath we take sends a message to our brain, using our lung-mind connection to help us feel calmer and more in tune with our bodies.
